Property rental
We have a range of 50 rental properties located between Orihuela-Costa and
La Mata. The majority of the rentals are located in Torrevieja, in the centre or on
a walking distance from the beach. Most of the rentals combine both these characteristics.
For those who want more tranquility or shorter distance to golf courses we can
offer a wide range of properties on 
Orihuela Costa. You can choose
between flats, bungalows and duplex.
Long term rental
A long term rental is a rental agreement of six to 11 months. If the rental contract is for a time period of 12 months or more, the law provides the tenant with such rights that in case of problems it is difficult for the landlord to get rid of the tenants. Normally long terms rental contracts are renewed with good tenants.
Short term rent
The word short term rent is used when the rental agreement period is less
than six months. In some cases it is possible
to rent for a time period shorter
than a week, for example when banking holidays enables a longer week-end but
normally the minimum time period for a rental agreement is a week. The rents
payable for short term rentals varies depending on the season and the property
but they start from 200 €/week.
