Short term rent
The word short- term rent is used when the rental agreement period is less than six months. In some cases it is possible to rent for a time period shorter than a week, for example when banking holidays enables a longer week-end but normally the minimum time period for a rental agreement is a week. The rents payable for short term rents varie depending on the season and the property starting from 200 €/week. (More information from here)
Booking and guarantee
We have at this moment a range of 50 rental properties, so there is always something available, but in order to rent the property you wish it is advisable to act in time. Especially those who are planning to rent a property in July or August are recommended to start finding out the possibilities at least six months in advance. The same goes for rentals continuing the whole winter. The payment of the deposit acts as a booking.
There is no additional booking payment. The amount of the deposit depends on the size of the flat and the equipment but normally it is one month’s rent. The deposit is refunded at the departure if the property is left in the same conditions as it was when the rental period started. If the booking is cancelled before the beginning of the rental period, the guarantee is not refunded without a medical certificate prohibiting travelling during the rental period.
Payment of the rent
Payment of the rent/the rent of the first month must be paid one week before the arrival. The next rents must be paid during the five first days of every month. The rent can be paid either in cash at our office or by bank transfer to our Spanish bank account.
Equipment
All the rental properties have the necessary bed clothing and kitchen utilities. The standard equipment also includes the stove, the washing machine and television. Some flats also have extra equipment like microwave oven, DVD player, dish washer, etc. but this is always mentioned in the description of the flats.
Cleaning
In addition to the rent you also have to pay a fee for cleaning. It is not necessary to clean up the flat when you leave because we send a cleaning lady to the premises after the departure of the tenants. The cleaning costs varies between 40 € and 60 € depending on the square meters.
Other services:
Welcoming basket (coffee, juice, tee, sugar, water, milk, butter, marmalade and a bottle of wine) beginning from 20 euros.
We can provide you with Internet connection (3 gigas of charging) 45 euros + vat 16 % (maximum 30 days).
Families with children can hire the necessary equipments for the holidays, e.g. high chair, push chair. Please check the price list from here.

Airport service 40 euros/direction (maximum 4 persons) or 60 euros/direction (maximum 6 persons)
